Long term copper and zinc

Formula: Metallic Copper (as edetate) 1.5%; Metallic Zinc (as edetate) 5%.

Indications: Treatment and prevention of diseases produced by primary or secondary lack of copper and zinc. It acts as a reservoir of active copper and zinc, producing a slow release that enables adequate plasma leveles in the animal during 3 months, or more. Zinc avoids hepatic overburden, even in the case of animals without deficiency.

Dosage: Young cattle up to 200 kg: 1 ml every 50 kg bw. Cattle at rearing: 4 ml totals. Adult cattle: 5 ml. Bulls: 6 ml. Treatment duration: Single dose. It can be repeated at 90 days, or according to veterinarian criterion.

Administration: Subcutaneous, in front of, or behind, the shoulder blade.

Presentation: 500 ml vial.
