Intravaginal device

Formula: Each device contains:
Diprogest 1200: Progesterone 1.2 g.
Diprogest 600: Progesterone 0.6 g.

Indications: Estrus synchronization in cows and heifers. Estrus synchronization in Fixed Time Artificial Insemination (FTAI) programs.

Application method and dose: Use latex gloves, take the device and place it in the applicator, disinfect with quaternary ammonium solutions at 0.5%, sanitize the perivulvar area and apply intravaginally.
Use one device per animal. The following dosing protocols, for each indication, are suggested, which, can be modified according to the indication of the Veterinarian. (*See chart below)

Contraindications and limitations: Do not use in animals with renal and/or liver failures. Do not administer to animals with endometritis, vaginitis or vulvovaginitis. Do not administer in animals hypersensitive to the active substance and/or components of the product. Do not use in malnourished animals. Do not use in pregnant cows. Do not use in the first 30 days after delivery.

Cautions: Verify the safety seal and the storage conditions before using the product. Verify that it has not expired in reference to the expiry date stated on the label. Sanitize perivulvar area before application. Lubricate the applicator (obstetrical lubricant) before application (especially in heifers).

Restrictions: Pre-milking withdrawal: 0 days. Pre-slaughter withdrawal: 0 days.

Storage: Between 15°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

Presentation: Doypack containing 10 devices of 600 mg or 1200 mg.
