Barbiturate - Euthanasia agent

Formula: Pentobarbital Sodium 39%, Diphenylhydantoin 5%.

Indications: To produce a humanitarian, painless and rapid euthanasia in dogs and cats.

Dosage: Dogs: 1 ml every 5 kg bw. Cats: 0.2 ml every 5 kg bw.

Administration route: Intravenous (preferably) or intracardiac injection. Use this last one in cases in which intravenous injection is hard to practice, especially in small animals or comatose patients with vascular alteration. Calculated dosage must be administered as bolus in a single application.

Presentation: 15 ml vial.
